Small group services

10 or fewer employees: Half day group training focusing on customer service expectations and skill building. Training includes copies of “From Entrance to Exit: Creating a Customer Service Mindset and Environment of Care”.

Medium group services

11-25 employees: 1 day group training focusing on previously recorded survey feedback from customers and employees. Includes copies of “From Entrance to Exit: Creating a Customer Service Mindset and Environment of Care”.

Large group services

25-50 employees: 1 day group training focusing on previously recorded survey feedback from customers and employees. Includes copies of “From Entrance to Exit: Creating a Customer Service Mindset and Environment of Care”.

Consulting and training combination

Deep dive.

Initial anonymous customer satisfaction and employee engagement surveys. Secret shopper review. We will research and define specific areas of concern and develop a one day training focusing on the results of the surveys. After 3 months, we will return, conduct another round of anonymous customer service and employee engagement surveys to measure improvement. We will then do a half day training focusing on continuous improvement in the top 5 lowest scores. Includes copies of “From Entrance to Exit: Creating a Customer Service Mindset and Environment of Care”.
