411 Consulting, LLC is customer service training to its core. Companies strive to achieve high satisfaction scores both from their retail customers as well as staff but often fall short. What is lacking is building the foundation of what customer service really is. I have been in customer service for over 35 years. I know that detailed training is essential to create standard processes and set expectations to build a culture of caring individuals that can make your business a success.

I wrote “From Entrance to Exit: Creating a Customer Service Mindset and Environment of Care” as a guide to highlight and bring a fine tooth comb to the details that make up great customer service. With my book as a reference partnered with intense training, staff will have guidance, practice and self-reflection. 411 Consulting, LLC is not just a business.
